Shipping and Returns Policy
Fragrant Rituals ships products globally.
Fragrant Rituals agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within five (5) days from the payment receipt date. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within one or two (1-2) working days. Fragrant Rituals will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.
Fragrant Rituals offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75.00AUD
For orders under $75.00 AUD a flat shipping rate of $12.00AUD applies.
Shipping times vary, depending on your location and we recommend allowing 3-5 business days to receive your order. During peak periods such as Christmas, there may be longer delivery times and we recommend allowing an additional 5-10 business days to avoid disappointment.
If you haven’t received your order within this timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com and we will track it for you.
Fragrant Rituals is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.

For international orders under $175.00 AUD, a flat shipping rate of $30.00AUD applies
You should expect to receive your order within 10-30 business days of dispatch; however specific destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track it for you.
When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Fragrant Rituals takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. Fragrant Rituals is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, missed delivery or delivery company strikes, etc.
TRACKING & INSURANCE
Fragrant Rituals uses multiple courier delivery options to ensure our customers get the best delivery price for their location and parcel size. Regardless of the payment method you choose, tracking is included in the cost of all parcels that are delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Insurance for damage in transit and lost parcels are included in all deliveries under 100AUD.
Returns and refunds
We accept refunds under the following condition:
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. For safety & hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Note that gift cards are not returnable
You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of your goods regarding any discrepancy or damage to your order.
You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of products. Any goods returned to us will be at your expense regardless of the fault or reason for their return (the only exception is incorrectly shipped items).
If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us either through our designated “Contact Us” webpage or via email at email@example.com with your name, order details, and item you wish to return and a reason for it. This needs to be done prior to returning the damaged goods.
We will then respond with instructions on how to process your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3 working days.
